The Dharshan time in Tarakeswar Baba Taraknath Temple is Morning Puja : 06:00 AM to 09:30 AM & 11:00 AM - 01:30 PM Evening Puja : 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM.

You can wear any attire in the temple. But to enter in sanctum sanctorum (garbhagriha), only men have to remove clothes of upper body only. There is no rule for women.
